Project Proposal: The development of a 3-bedroom single residential dwelling with garage, access driveway, six (6) small guest units called “Pods”, and guest parking. The total development footprint is 1566m2 with a total coverage of 3.9%. Pods will each comprise a single bedroom, along with supplementary living amenities and adjoining bathroom.

A medium to high density residential development is proposed on RE / Erf 2074. The site is approximately 6.25 hectares (ha) in extent and located immediately south of Marine Way within the Bitou Local Municipality in the Western Cape Province.

Project Proposal: Development of managers’ cottages, conference centre and tourist facilities, garages, and an entertainment facility. The property is approximately 135 800 m2 and only 2 523 m2 will be disturbed. Amounting to a < 2% disturbance on the entire property.  

Location: Erf 59 of Farm 216 (within the Featherbed Private Nature Reserve).
