The Adoption of a Maintenance Management Plan for the Routine Mainenance of the Waterways on the Plettenberg Bay Country Club Golf Course, Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape. 

The Plettenberg Bay Country Club is a golf course located along the banks of the Piesang River in Plettenberg Bay on Portion 1 of Farm 456 Grootfontein. The course is located below the 1:50 year flood line and frequently experiences flooding following heavy rainfall events in the catchment area which affects the playability of the course and therefore impacts on revenues that the course can earn. Routine maintenance of the course and its artificial and natural watercourses is therefore required in order to ensure adequate drainage, while ensuring watercourses are adequately protected.
